Our site addresses wide range of clinical indications including diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, weight management, CHF, COPD, Vaccines, Men's health, Women health, pain management and physical therapy. Our practice is uniquely located about 15 minutes drive from Atlanta airport.
