Type 2 Diabetes:

​

  •  18 years or older

  •  Have type 2 diabetes

  • Are you treating your diabetes for at least 90 days or more with insulin

Type 1 Diabetes:

​

  •  18 years or older

  •  Have type 1 diabetes

  • Are treating your diabetes for at least 90 days or more with insulin

Osteoarthritis (OA)/ Overweight & Obesity:

​

  • ​​at least 18 years of age

​

  • Overweight or Obese

​

  •  Have history osteoarthritis of the knee

​

  • have a history of at least 1 self-reported unsuccessful dietary effort to reduce body weight.
